This collection consists of two items: the first, a history of the General Assembly of the PCUSA from 1789 to 1827, which lays particular stress on the missionary work of the Church. The author is unknown, but the cover page bears the designation "Standing Committee of Missions." The second item is a commission to the Rev. Robert Marshall, dated 1812.
